If you have ordered a mail drop we need to know where the mail is to be forwarded to. In the case of a virtual phone number we need to know where the number is to be pointed to. For a voicemail line (or fax to email) most clients receive messages by email so we need the email address where you wish to receive the files. In the case of live answering we will require more information as outlined in the questions which follow.
If you have ordered a mail drop please let us know which name mail will be received under. This could be either a personal or business name or both.
Please let us know what the staff are to say when answering the phone, what information they are to give out and where messages are to be forwarded. Also let us know whether you prefer them emailed or left for collection on a voicemail system.
In this section please let us know the names of people callers might ask for and their roles in the business. You can also add information such as contact numbers, email addresses etc.
The question of ID is more important in locations which require proof that anyone collecting an item from the Post Office has authority to do so. Other countries will not deliver registered items unless the person signing has a passport copy of the person the mail was sent to. We can generally advise which countries have awkward rules and how to work around them. In other locations there is a local Post Office form to complete for example the USA see www.usps.com/forms/_pdf/ps1583.pdf
